Amplify is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Literacy Product Marketing Specialist to join our team as a temporary part-time contractor. The Literacy Product Market Specialist will support product marketing initiatives for our core and supplemental ELA programs. This role reports to the Elementary ELA Senior Marketing Manager and works cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.

The Literacy Product Marketing Specialist will contribute to the growth of a loyal customer base by developing messaging, competitive analyses, sales enablement resources, and more. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, communicates and writes effectively, and can prioritize competing demands to meet the needs of various projects. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Research and develop collateral such as one-pagers, spreadsheets, guides, brochures, and decks to distill competitive intel and product information to wider audiences—both internal and external. 

  • Manage and archive marketing collateral, sales resources, and customer feedback for team organization that will aid in future strategic decision-making. 

  • Maintain and continuously optimize Amplify literacy product pages on Amplify.com and the internal Sales Hub, ensuring all materials are up to date, aligned with current messaging, and tailored to meet the needs of various audiences and use cases.

  • Collaborate strategically with the Product team to support upcoming biliteracy and English Language Development (ELD) programs, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with the product roadmap and customer needs. 

  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to develop and refine sales enablement tools and strategies that help amplify (pun intended!) the reach and impact of our literacy products.


 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program 

  • 2+ previous professional internships 

  • Experience writing and editing marketing materials 

  • Experience coordinating with stakeholders at varying levels of an organization


 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing experience in education publishing or ed-tech

  • Experience marketing elementary literacy programs

  • Experience marketing products to schools and districts


 

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this role is $28.00.
