WME Group is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join the Entertainment Marketing and Advisory Team. This individual will play a vital role on the team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of existing agency clients.
Key Responsibilities
Play a central role in the management of client activation program(s) including original content, brand integrations and entertainment partnerships across TV, film, and digital.
Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to corporate clients, brand managers, agencies, producers, executives, vendors and any other relevant parties involved in activations
Regular interaction and proactive outreach to industry partners and executives to source opportunities for clients.
Participate in the development and execution of activations and customized programs that meet client objectives.
Project management of partnership execution.
Assist with the creation of marketing and program materials to support initiatives.
Management of internal tracking documents and monthly client reports.
Support team with research requests.
Monitor entertainment industry news and trends and identify opportunities for engaging on behalf of clients.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
A minimum of 3-4 years of talent agency, entertainment marketing, or entertainment industry experience
Working knowledge of the entertainment industry, including trends, buyers, talent, creators and content
Experience working with client, internal teams and other agency partners
Team player with a positive attitude
Superior client relationship/service skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Dependable, proactive and able to take initiative
Strong problem-solving skills, solutions-oriented and resourceful
Detail-oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through. Accuracy and thoroughness in the execution of assigned tasks.
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and maintain organization at a high volume.
Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment
Friendly and open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Ability to travel ~25% of the time

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Rate Minimum:
$57,375 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)Hiring Rate Maximum:
