How you’ll make an impact

  • Lead a team of project engineering managers within a portfolio of HVDC megaprojects together with other portfolio leaders in the EPC disciplines, from start to finish.
  • Guide teams through design, construction, and commissioning tasks.
  • Ensure design work is complete and includes all disciplines.
  • Coordinate engineering progress with partners and suppliers.
  • Support construction and commissioning teams with technical input.
  • Manage project risks and create mitigation plans.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee contract work and support claim assessments.
  • Track project cost, schedule, and quality metrics.
  • Drive improvements in tools, methods, and project performance.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Fifteen years of experience leading large engineering projects.
  • Strong expertise in a core engineering discipline.
  • Experience in construction and commissioning projects.
  • Skilled in project leadership and team development.
  • Proven ability to manage contracts and suppliers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
