Reporting to the Senior Manager, Lab Engineering, as a Lab Support Technician, you will provide lab support onsite in Ottawa to the Ciena India team. The night shifts range from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., 12 a.m. to 8 a.m. and/or 2 a.m. to 10 a.m., affording first level support to offshore customers (primarily the Product Verification and Software Design teams) within the Ciena labs. Your hours of work and holidays will follow the standard India work week and statutory holiday calendar observed in that country.

The hourly pay range for this position is $23.50/hr - 37.54/hr CAD.
Night-shift premium will also be added.
