Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking an experienced Impact Application Specialist to support the setup, configuration, and onboarding of clients onto the Impact SaaS application. This role is critical to enabling client support for Collateral in Lieu and Sponsored GC as part of the broader U.S. Treasury Clearing initiative.

The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with the Impact platform, along with deep knowledge of repo operations and repo accounting. This individual will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the application is configured to meet operational, financing, and business requirements, while supporting a seamless implementation experience.

Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the end-to-end setup, configuration, and implementation of the Impact SaaS application for Broadridge clients
  • Configure the platform to support Collateral in Lieu and Sponsored GC functionality in alignment with client requirements
  • Gather, interpret, and translate client operational and financing needs into effective system configurations
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to support onboarding, testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities
  • Provide subject matter expertise in repo processing and repo accounting throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Ensure platform configurations align with business objectives and operational workflows related to the U.S. Treasury Clearing initiative
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, technology, and client-facing teams to drive successful outcomes
  • Support client readiness and adoption through implementation and post-configuration activities

Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with the Impact application
  • Minimum of 5 years of repo processing experience
  • Strong knowledge of repo accounting
  • Experience supporting client implementations, application configuration, or onboarding activities
  • Solid understanding of repo operational workflows and financing requirements
  • Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Sponsored programs or related clearing initiatives
  • Knowledge of U.S. Treasury Clearing processes and market structure
  • Familiarity with SaaS implementation environments and client configuration models
  • Experience working across operations, product, and technology functions
  • A detail-oriented professional with strong functional expertise in repo processing and accounting
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • A proactive problem-solver who can translate complex business requirements into practical system solutions
  • Someone comfortable operating in a dynamic environment supporting strategic client initiatives
