What to expect?
The Solution Architect will be the main contact for all security offerings in the region. Your responsibilities will include developing security solutions, competitive costing, and aligning business cases to support client environments. You'll collaborate with bid teams and designers to shape proposals, using standard solutions when possible and working with delivery teams on custom solutions as needed.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with large and complex organizations. We're seeking someone who can influence client decisions and manage ongoing service delivery, security, compliance, and technology transformations to meet client needs.
You will confidently articulate solutions and communicate their value to clients and stakeholders. Whether working independently, as part of a team, or in a leadership role, you will identify customer requirements in complex environments and work closely with team members and leaders to drive sales efforts and achieve success.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough opportunity analysis to identify security offerings that best address customer needs and business requirements, and design end-to-end security solutions that ensure defined business outcomes
Interface with key stakeholders, including the Overall Solution Lead (MSLA), Proposal Manager, Bid Manager, and Solution Lead Architects from domains such as Cloud & ITO, Workplace, Network, and Applications, to develop tailored security solutions
Leverage experience in directing solution activities to meet client needs, including regulatory and compliance requirements, while optimizing inter-tower dependencies, overlaps, and resource sharing
Clearly define and mitigate all risks through the governance process, and provide expert solution advice to drive proposals, presentations, and other customer communications throughout the pursuit process
Contribute to security offering teams by recommending changes based on the latest security trends and compliance needs, ensuring solutions are complete and accurately costed
Collaborate with Solution Lead Architects, internal and external technical specialists, and third-party vendors to deliver comprehensive security solutions
What do we expect?
7+ years of experience in IT Security, with a strong focus on pre-sales and solution selling, and a proven track record in architecting and proposing cybersecurity solutions to customers
Fluent in English and German
Ability to define security solution architecture and strategy for high-profile, public-facing, government and Fortune 500 companies’ digital services
Extensive knowledge of security services, solutions, and cybersecurity standards and frameworks, with a solid understanding of security risk and compliance domains, including regulatory requirements
Preferably holds security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISA, and/or product-specific security certifications, with ITIL and PMP certifications being advantageous
Ability to define security solution strategies, enterprise architecture, and roadmaps for large, complex programs, reviewing and understanding applications and systems from a security perspective using best practices and control frameworks like CIS
Good knowledge of architectural concepts, methodologies, and approaches, as well as security technologies and solutions, with expertise in IAAS, PAAS, SAAS, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP
Strong understanding of various cybersecurity domains, including Risk & Compliance, Infrastructure and Application Security, Cyber Transformation & Operation, and Digital Identity
