How you'll make an impact:

• Support businesses in meeting the HSE KPIs, develop and drive HSE strategic actions.

• Reviewing ABRA and LSR Compliance and take actions and follow-up with team to close gaps on time.

• Management of Change and Risk assessment and environment aspect and impact assessment.

• Change the behavioral aspects at workplace.

• Manager legal requirements of HSE and comply on regular basis with all the legal authorities, company’s global and regional procedures.

• Investigating accidents and environmental incidents and liaising with engineers, management, and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence. Review and analyze past incidents and make action to learn from incidents.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

• Managers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree is a strong plus),

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), including experience in HSE training,

• A-Class certification required,

• NEBOSH, IOSH, and IDIP certifications preferred,

• Expertise/knowledge -- Good exposure with safety related profile.  industrial electrical safety , plant maintenance safety ,machinery safety , Fire protection equipment and procedures Electrical Shutdown activity .Construction safety & height safety, materials handling safety etc.

• Strong capability in stakeholder and customer management, combined with strategic thinking and effective intercultural communication skills.

• Fluency in Turkish and English.
