Team/Role Overview
Core HR globally support processes associated to the life cycle of our employees, which covers data management, information delivery, record management and right to work processes. We are responsible for employees files custody, reference letter or specific certifications delivery , guarantee accuracy in our HR golden source system and more as well as ensure that foreigners employees count with update work permits.
What you’ll do
Perform data quality reviews and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and policy/regulatory compliance of data maintained by the team
Execute ad hoc requests and projects, such as audit support, employment engagement activities, survey preparation, and reporting
Build and maintain partnerships to foster trust and accountability with all stakeholders
Ensure escalated client/employee stakeholder's issues are resolved with urgency and deliver services with a process improvement mindset to increase effectiveness and efficiency
Drive consistency & quality in the processes and interfaces
Facilitate communication and enforcement of published content standards.
Simplify processes for obtaining data to make recommendations for process improvement
Identify issue trends & work with the technical team to resolve them
Compile standard and ad-hoc metrics and reports, Coordinates the delivery of weekly and monthly metrics
Lead process and training documents to reflect enhancements and process changes
What we’ll need from you
3+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree/University degree
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Desire & ability to work with global, regional & local teams
Proven organization and time management skills
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
HR projects experience
