What to expect

• As our leading solution architect for Industrial and OT cybersecurity you are responsible for maturing our architectural framework and solution approach in securing industrial automation and control systems.

• Joining clients’ digitalization projects e.g., on smart manufacturing or autonomous vehicles you design intelligent security solutions.

• In large transformation programs within converging industrial automation and control systems environments you work on solutions like secure zones, conduits, assets and endpoints, secure maintenance and access controls, secure cloud and I(I)oT, vulnerability and patch management, threat detection and response and security orchestration, automation and response.

• Always striving for the best, your position, leverage, and extending our managed security services and XDR solutions and support sales engagements in solution design.

• With your strong solutions background and business acumen, you act as business-driven innovative thought leader in security solutions for IACS.

What we're looking forward to:

• Professional training in vendor technologies related to IACS, or cybersecurity combined with minimum 10 years’ experience in process and automation technology and/or cybersecurity and ideally also a degree or equivalent in a technical field

• Broad expertise in domains that are relevant for Industrial and OT cybersecurity such as integrated governance and risk management, cloud and IIoT Security, threat detection and response, network security, vulnerability and patch management and familiarity with industry frameworks, standards and regulations

• Experience in designing risk-oriented OT cybersecurity solutions such as IIoT and cloud, maintenance access, segmentation and conduits, and XDR in OT environments

• Excellent consultative selling skills, ability to understand and communicate business benefits and technical advantages of solutions efficiently on technical and commercial levels and a track record in supporting sales engagements in solution design

• Cross-functional and innovative team player and valued leader with analytical and problem-solving strength, the ability to coach others in a matrix structure environment, fluency in English (Dutch) and willingness to travel
