We’re currently seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and safe work practices.

The ideal candidate can confidently read and interpret weldment and fabrication drawings and is experienced with multiple welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and the use of plasma cutters and cutting torches on stainless steel, steel, and aluminum.

This is a 1st shift position (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) located at our facility in Batavia, OH.

What You’ll Do ...
•     Set up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment with a strong understanding of both processes
•     Read, interpret, and identify errors in weldment and fabrication drawings
•     Lay out, assemble, tack, and weld components according to specifications
•     Operate vertical and horizontal band saws, drill presses, plasma cutters, and acetylene torches
•     Cut, drill, and deburr materials using drawings and blueprints
•     Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
•     Ensure all completed work meets or exceeds quality standards
•     Maintain a clean work area and properly care for tools and equipment

What You Bring ...
•     Welding trade school certification or at least 3 years of MIG/TIG welding experience
•     Ability to pass a company welding evaluation (MIG & TIG)
•     Experience operating a plasma cutter and acetylene torch
•     Ability to read and understand blueprints
•     Proficiency with tape measures and small power tools
•     Basic computer skills

Additional Requirements ...
•     Pre‑employment drug screening and background check
•     Legal authorization to work in the United States
•     Completion of a weld test as part of the hiring process
