How will you contribute to our magical experience?  

As Senior Manager, Executive Reporting & Business Insights, you will be at the center of business decision-making by tracking, synthesizing, and shaping the narrative around performance, initiatives, and industry trends. This role will partner closely with leaders across Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Ad Sales to deliver executive-ready reports, insights, and storytelling that drive smarter decisions across the organization.

The Sr Mgr Executive Reporting & Business Insights will be responsible for:

• Lead the design and delivery of weekly and monthly executive reporting, providing data-driven narratives on business and content performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Product, Ad Sales) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of KPIs, forecasts, and business updates.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into clear, concise insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Prepare executive briefs, memos, and presentations
• Business Insights: Uncovering & Identifying Meaningful Trends and proposing actions to revert those trends-
• Contribute to the development of frameworks and processes that improve consistency, speed, and quality of reporting.
• Represent the voice of the subscriber and business when shaping insights into compelling narratives for leadership audiences.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Proven ability to manage reporting processes and deliverables in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment.
• Proficiency in dashboarding tools such as Looker, Power BI or similar (mandatory)
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into executive-friendly insights.
• Experience producing written and presentation materials for senior stakeholders.
• Creative, strategic, and goal-oriented with a passion for storytelling.
• Strong consultative and persuasive skills, with the ability to influence decisions.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Team player with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across functions.
