Project Title: 

IOT Integration Development 

Description: 

The Photo IOT Integration Development internship program aims to give students exposure to state-of-the-art Photolithography tools that are the bedrock of the semiconductor manufacturing process, understand the functionality of the equipment's and finally develop IOT solutions to enhance the detection capability of the process. This will involve setting up various IOT sensors/controllers, servers, data transfer protocol and dashboards for data analysis. Subsequently it will also require close cross functional collaboration with Equipment, Process, smart manufacturing and Data Science teams to identify viable methods on early detection and resolution or elimination of failure events.

Scope: 

  • Explore the equipment and understand the process and sensor data available and identify opportunities for IOT integration

  • Develop end to end solution from data ingestion to anomaly interdiction by using data filtering, data optimization, and data analysis methodologies

  • The project will include already ongoing IOT projects which include Nozzle Camera Anomaly Detection (imaging analysis), Temperature and Humidity controller analytics (Data Ingestion), Robot Acoustic (audio analysis), and Robot Motor Driver anomaly (data correlation). 

Deliverable: 

Develop and complete 1 phase of any existing project or a new IOT project

Skills Required: 

Good command of Python(ML packages) and Arduino prototyping circuits will be beneficial
