We are seeking a Partner Development Executive to drive multi-dimensional growth and maximize revenue across our social media platforms. In this role, you will formulate data-driven content strategies, execute SEO workflows, and transform analytics into actionable insights to ensure our partners stay ahead in the competitive online media industry.
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage various Social Media channels to ensure consistent brand presence and engagement.
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments to provide comprehensive support and resources for all channels under responsibility.
Maintain and optimize channels to drive multi-dimensional growth within the competitive online media industry.
Conduct monthly channel analysis and deliver comprehensive performance reports for responsible Social Media platforms, transforming data into actionable insights.
Handle ad-hoc tasks directly and indirectly related to the core scope of work with high flexibility and problem-solving efficiency.
Execute efficient content programming across all digital media platforms to achieve targeted views and maximize revenue growth for partners.
Oversee content publishing workflows, including uploading content and optimizing metadata (SEO, titles, tags, descriptions) to maximize platform visibility and discoverability.
Formulate data-driven content strategies and comprehensive content plans to elevate content quality and channel performance.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts, Media, Entertainment, or a related field.
Deep understanding of the entertainment industry and digital marketing, with a keen eye for viral trends and current social media movements.
Strong conceptual understanding of overall business operations and workflows.
Extensive experience across major social media platforms, with specialized expertise in YouTube ecosystem and management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate content performance, interpret data from Analytics tools, and translate insights into actionable solutions.
Proven creativity with a strong skill set in content conceptualization.
Excellent communication skills in Thai and proficiency in English.
Client-centric mindset with experience or strong confidence in communicating, negotiating, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and influencers.
Exceptional team player with a cheerful, proactive, and self-initiated attitude.
Highly adaptable with flexible working hours and a proactive approach to task management.
Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines and resolve issues with professional diplomacy.
