Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to represent NECOA's premium line of water purifiers at local marketing events as well as our retail store locations. In this role, you will directly engage with shoppers, educate them on the benefits of clean and healthy water, and guide them toward product demonstrations or consultations with our sales team.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote NECOA’s water purifiers through engaging demonstrations and conversations

• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and health advantages

• Direct interested customers to in-store sales consultants for further assistance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive product display area

• Track customer interactions and report event activity accurately to management

• Contribute to a positive team environment and support overall store goals

• Deliver a professional and welcoming experience to every customer

Performance Expectations:

• Consistent, punctual attendance during scheduled shifts

• Meet or exceed customer interaction and lead generation goals

• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand enthusiasm

• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in brand ambassadorship, retail, or customer-facing roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Energetic, approachable, and confident personality

• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
