Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Applications Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand their needs and ensure that the ERP system supports the organization’s business processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the ERP system, ensuring smooth functioning and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement ERP enhancements.
  • Configure and customize ERP modules to meet business needs, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR.
  • Provide end-user support and training to ensure efficient use of the ERP system across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP-related technical issues, coordinating with vendors or external consultants when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to ERP processes, configurations, and procedures.
  • Participate in ERP system upgrades, including planning, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system, implementing best practices for data management.
  • Monitor ERP system performance and make recommendations for improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in ERP technologies and recommend new solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an ERP Applications Specialist or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they are integrated within an ERP system.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
