The purpose of this role is to Provide support to all franchises with their processes / interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and Healthcare Organizations (HCO), such as: planning, implementation and closing of meetings and special interactions (conferences, webcasts, product launches, sponsorship of HCP, paid speakers program, among others).

This role also provides support for internal and external events, such as: product launches, annual sales meetings, year-end parties, training events, business analysis, etc and coordinate all interactions with HCP / HCO ensuring compliance with local and global regulations, optimization of resources and focus on continuous improvement by finding new tools and simplifying the ways of working.

Your Responsibilities: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Know and comply with each and every one of the local and / or corporate, national and / or international laws, policies and guidelines applicable to the position.
  • Comply with and enforce the guidelines established in the ABAC program.
  • Comply with the training and development plan assigned to the position.
  • Provide all the corresponding information to have successful audits.
  • Expense management and ToV to HCPs / HCOs.
  • Continually search for new event providers to maintain fair competition and innovation.
  • Deliver KPIs to internal stakeholders on impacted HCPs and events by type and franchise, held throughout the year.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of Apollo project.
  • Administration and management of Veeva Events Management Module, ensuring the correct use of the tool between the sales force and medical team.
  • Management monitoring of all the types of interactions, ensuring that we comply with all global and local policies for interactions with HCPs and HCOs.
  • Stakeholder management internally with Marketing, Medical, Medical Governance, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Technology, BI, PMO, Sales Force Effectiveness, Training and Development, Sales Management, Multichannel, Internal Communication.
  • Stakeholder management externally with Suppliers (events, events production, catering, among others), healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations.

Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Communication, Tourism or similar
  • 1+ year of experience in Marketing or compliance roles within pharma industry
  • Intermediate English
  • Work time flexibility (events can occur in the morning, afternoon or at night)
  • Travel availability
  • Softskills: creativity, stakeholder management, social skills, teamwork, communication skills, time management, detail oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of intermediate auditing.
  • Advanced Excel (macros)
  • Veeva Vault
  • Project Management
