In this role you will identify, prepare and follow-up of bidding processes in Colombia and supporting Ecuador. The position is based in Colombia working on a flex model.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provide coordination and guidance to commercial team and all business units in the administration of bids process

• Prepare and manage material pricing for each offer, stablish relationship with internal and external stakeholders

• Coordinate and execute tenders and is responsible for the legalization of public and private contracts

• Application and formalization of guarantees.

• Ensure compliance with local policies and legislation

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or any other related

• One or more years of experience in presentation of offers and tenders

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
