Brown & Brown is seeking a Personal Lines Account Analyst to join our growing team in Greensboro, NC!
The Personal Lines Account Analyst will assist the customer success representative (CSR) in providing prompt, efficient, and high-quality customer service within a high-volume insurance center.
How You Will Contribute:
Handle new policy applications, process policy changes, and assist with policy renewals.
Enter and maintain accurate data in insurance systems.
Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of claims, policies, and other related information.
Address issues with policies, ensuring timely resolution.
Perform various administrative duties, including making phone calls and scheduling appointments.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
2+ years of customer service experience
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher.
Problem solving, critical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication, and other basic office skills.
High school diploma
