Job Description:

Within our Sales & Marketing area, we are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist who will be responsible for the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the definition and update of the budget plan for orders and related forecasts

• Supporting commercial campaigns for Italian Government Customers, including the administration of campaign status reports

• Providing support during customer negotiations aimed at contract acquisition

• Monitoring order intake performance in order to drive corrective actions and update forecasts based on risk/opportunity analysis and emerging commercial campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management / Aerospace Engineering

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support forecasting activities

• Good understanding of budgeting, order acquisition processes, and commercial campaign management

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact with internal stakeholders and customers

• Fluent in Italian and good command of English
