Join the Build Phase of Xylem’s New HR HUB – Budapest

Xylem is creating a new HR HUB in Budapest, and as one of the early hires, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping how HR services are delivered across the region. As a People Services Analyst, you’ll manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, resolve more complex HR inquiries, and ensure the quality and accuracy of the data that powers our HR operations.

This role places you at the centre of daily service delivery. You’ll answer Tier 2 questions from employees and managers, interpret policies, troubleshoot data issues, and help ensure smooth transitions through key lifecycle moments—hires, changes, moves, and exits. Your attention to detail and ability to navigate HR systems will be essential as we build scalable, consistent processes for the new hub.

You’ll work closely with People Partners, Payroll teams, and external vendors to coordinate transactions and resolve issues. You’ll also help new team members get up to speed, update SOPs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the reliability and efficiency of our service model.

You’re a great fit if you bring:

  • A degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).

  • At least 3 years of HR operations or shared services experience.

  • Strong familiarity with HRIS platforms, ideally Workday, plus experience with case management tools.

  • Fluency in English and one additional European language (French, Italian, Polish, or German).

  • High attention to detail and confidence working with confidential data.

  • The drive to improve processes, question inconsistencies, and deliver dependable service.

If you’re motivated by the chance to build, refine, and elevate HR operations in a start-up phase environment—supported by a global organisation—this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make an impact.
