We are seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position serving as the first point of contact for clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while supporting administrative, operational, and coordination tasks across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Process and manage miscellaneous order acknowledgments
  • Support local management with misc. tasks required
  • Maintain accurate and organized records
  • Provide general administrative assistance to team members

Meridian Vault Board Coordination

  • Print service tickets to update a daily, and weekly, calendar for onsite cemetery services
  • Organize, track, and maintain daily documentation for services
  • Communicate updates to appropriate personal

Front Desk & Communication

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Forward calls related to matters outside of general inquiries to CSR Representatives as needed
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Shipping & Logistics
  • Coordinate and manage shipping requests
  • Prepare shipping documentation and ensure timely processing
Database & Record Maintenance
  • Maintain and update the cemetery database
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of records
  • Perform routine data audits and updates

Additional Duties

  • Support various miscellaneous office tasks such as coordinating events, collecting materials, light office cleaning and organizing

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
