About the unit: The Human Resources Unit manages the entire life cycle of each employee - from attraction, recruitment, oboarding, development, retention and separation. The unit focuses on strategizing initiatives and solutions that build a close-knit culture, encourages professional and leadership growth and drive high performance among employees. It also ensures that the company is compliant to work and compensation standards set by relevant government agencies such as the Department of Labor. 

Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist shall provide support to fulfill all manpower hiring requirements and shall assist in all recruitment activities of the company.
 
Main Duties
- Prepare all recruitment materials necessary for all hiring requirements.
- Post jobs to all available sourcing channels and job portals.
- Source and screen for all hiring requirements.
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants skills and experiences.
- Ensure all candidates and hiring managers are well managed and updated.
- Monitor all applicants and assist in new hire onboarding.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, not limited to, assisting in maintaining recruitment unit files, accounts, trackers, templates and guides.
- Build a constant database or pool of applicants for all hiring requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate in Human Resource, Psychology or other related courses.
- Open to fresh graduates - experience in human resource or recruitment is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and can work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Must be tech savvy and knowledgeable in using gsuites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- With can do attitude and a self-starter.
