Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met efficiently. The individual acts as the main liaison for application-related activities, guiding the team through complex challenges and ensuring smooth progress throughout the development lifecycle. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, facilitating communication, and driving the successful delivery of application solutions that align with organizational goals.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application development with business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development methodologies.
- Experience in configuring and customizing applications to meet specific business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques to track progress and manage resources.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
