规划控制工程师

岗位职责

负责无人驾驶车辆的路径规划与轨迹生成。 基于感知的行为规划：跟车规划，位移速度规划，基于障碍物的轨迹与速度规划，并保证系统安全以及车辆平顺运行 开发纵向、横向控制算法（PID、MPC、LQR等），实现高精度轨迹跟踪。 与感知、定位、决策模块协作，完成规划控制系统的集成与调试。 在仿真平台及实车环境中进行算法验证、性能优化及问题分析。 参与系统安全冗余设计，提升系统可靠性。

任职要求

• 学历背景：自动化、控制工程、车辆工程、计算机、机器人等相关专业，硕士及以上学历。
• 专业技能：
  • 熟悉常用路径规划算法（A*、Dijkstra、RRT、RRT*、Hybrid A*、优化方法如梯度下降、MPC、非线性优化等）。
  • 掌握车辆动力学模型及控制理论（PID、MPC、LQR等）。
  • 精通C++与Python，具备良好的工程实现能力。
  • 熟悉机器学习、深度学习、强化学习在规划控制领域的应用。
  • 了解行业前沿的端到端（E2E）、VLA、世界模型等技术概念。
• 经验要求：
  • 有无人驾驶或智能驾驶相关项目经验。
  • 熟悉ROS/ROS2、CyberRT等中间件，具备仿真和实车调试经验。
• 其他要求：
  • 具备良好的问题分析能力和团队协作能力。
  • 英文文献阅读能力强。

加分项

• 有自动驾驶开源项目经验（Apollo、Autoware）。
• 熟悉优化求解器（OSQP、Ipopt）或深度学习在规划控制中的应用。
• 有车辆测试场或道路测试经验。
• 顶会（如CVPR, ICRA, RSS等）中发表过相关无人驾驶论文者优先
