What will you contribute?
The Product Brand Awareness Marketing Manager – Payments is a strategic, execution-focused role that blends Product Marketing expertise with a dedicated focus on brand awareness campaigns. This role is responsible for shaping and executing a clear brand vision for Finastra’s Payments product portfolio, ensuring consistent, differentiated, and compelling market presence.
You will drive targeted brand awareness initiatives that strengthen Finastra’s position in the payments market, improve product visibility, and clearly communicate value to financial institutions, partners, and influencers. The role is highly data-driven, with a strong emphasis on tracking performance, delivering actionable insights, and measuring brand impact across markets.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Brand Awareness Strategy & Execution
Define and execute a brand awareness vision and roadmap for Finastra Payments products, aligned with overall product and corporate marketing strategies.
Lead focused, outcome-driven brand awareness campaigns that improve recognition, recall, and perception of Finastra Payments in priority markets.
Ensure consistent brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling across all channels (digital, events, analyst relations, content, partner marketing).
Product Marketing Alignment
Translate Payments product value propositions into clear, differentiated brand narratives tailored to target customer segments and personas.
Partner with Product Management to deeply understand product capabilities, roadmap, and market differentiation.
Support product launches and major releases with strong brand-focused messaging and go-to-market assets.
Market & Competitive Insight
Track and analyze market perception, competitive positioning, and brand share of voice within the Payments ecosystem.
Monitor competitor messaging, campaigns, and brand strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
Develop insights into how Finastra Payments brands stand in the market and recommend actions to improve positioning.
Measurement, Metrics & Insights
Define and track brand awareness KPIs such as share of voice, campaign reach, engagement, sentiment, recall, and pipeline influence.
Deliver regular, executive-ready reporting that demonstrates the value and impact of brand awareness initiatives.
Use data and insights to continuously optimize campaigns and inform future brand investments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Communications, Analyst Relations, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams.
Partner with agencies and external vendors to execute campaigns at scale while maintaining brand consistency.
Act as a brand champion for Payment’s products across the organization.
Experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Brand Strategy, preferably in B2B technology or financial services.
Solid understanding of payments, banking, or fintech markets.
Proven experience executing brand awareness campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex products into compelling, customer-focused brand stories.
Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and turning data into actionable insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with brand tracking tools, digital analytics platforms, and marketing performance dashboards.
