Our Global Strategic Finance team is seeking an experienced Senior Principal to join our team. This candidate will partner closely with Enterprise Strategy, Nike Marketplace, Nike Sport Categories, New Business & Corporate Development, and Investor Relations teams to deliver strategic finance analysis that provides actionable insight to Nike, Inc. This candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity, a self-starter, action-oriented, and results-driven to be successful.
As a Senior member of the Global Strategic Finance team, you will be an individual contributor, and lead the ideation, evaluation, analysis and execution of cross-functional projects that can unlock long-term marketplace and consumer opportunities. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development. This role will be responsible for driving deep insights and thorough analysis that can shape our business strategy, supports Nike’s vision and growth goals, and can unlock shareholder value creation. This role will blend a strategic mindset with quantitative analyses and financial acumen that will be used to support key decision-making.
You will work closely with senior leaders across the company, from the CEO to functional enterprise teams, ensuring alignment and successful execution of business strategies. This is a high-visibility role where your contributions will shape Nike’s future. Your ability to build relationships, align stakeholders, and lead with influence will be critical to your success.
