The Opportunity

Are you a customer-centric sales professional who thrives on building relationships, driving renewals, and improving customer success? If you have a passion for SaaS sales, retention, and upselling, we want you on our team!

At Adobe, we’re looking for a Relationship Management Specialist to manage renewals, cross-sells, and upsells while helping customers improve the value of their Adobe Digital Experience subscriptions.

In the role of Relationship Management Specialist, you will:

  • Own the renewal process – ensuring customers continue to see the value in our solutions
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities – uncovering upsell and cross-sell potential
  • Build lasting customer relationships – addressing challenges and ensuring adoption success
  • Collaborate across teams – working with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Support Teams
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas – demonstrating expertise in Adobe’s products and services

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Customer Success, Sales, Service Renewals)
  • Proven sales experience in SaaS/cloud services
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Strong ability to multi-task and respond quickly to customer needs
  • A data-driven approach, able to analyze customer trends and identify risks/opportunities

Desirable:

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud technologies

Experience presenting technical concepts to executive audiences
