You will;

 

Industrialisation

• To perform pre acceptance and acceptance of the equipment

• To perform trials on the lines and deliver reports

• To built action plans and follow up to be ready for FDPR

• To perform and/or collect, capabilities of equipments and process

• To participate on PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN

• To work on Capacity and Efficiency 

• To have drawing reading and CAD skills 

Environnement

• To ensure the respect of Safety and Environment procedures of Valeo Group

• Maintain the 5S and report issues

• Alert for safety rules infringement

 

 

You are;

 

• To have a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from related fields

• To have at least 3 years experience as a method, process machining engineer 

• Our environment is strongly international oriented, so you have a fluent level of English

• To have experience of high precision milling & turning

• To have CNC programming skills

• To have knowledge of cutting tools

• To have knowledge of inspection (CMM, roundness, roughness etc)

• To have preventive maintenance experience

• To have basic knowledge of VPS or similar tools

• Logical thinking methodology PDCA/FTA
