Who We Want
As an Engineering Manager on the Platform Engineering team at Arrive Logistics, you will be responsible for leading a team of Engineers to execute on complex software initiatives for the internal developer platform. Your role requires empathizing with the engineer experience, identifying bottlenecks and pain points, and providing creative solutions to accelerate the work of other engineers. You will ensure the platform reduces the cognitive complexity of delivering business value and meets the dynamic demands of Arrive’s internal and external customers. This role requires a leader to navigate and champion change, foster a culture of excellence and collaboration, and own the engagement and professional development of the engineers on the Platform Engineering team.
