Position Overview

As a Software Engineer - Web Backend and Graphics (SDE2) at Autodesk in Pune, India, you will help develop the next generation of our Synergy Moldflow product. We are looking for a deep focus on both web backend development and graphics pipeline enhancement. You will use technologies such as 3js, VTK, and OpenGL to deliver and modern visual experiences. Your expertise in QT / C++, C#, .NET, and web technologies will inspire creativity and optimizing our products and we also support hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain backend services for web-based applications using C++, C#, and .NET

• Enhance the graphics pipeline for Synergy Moldflow by using advanced technologies like VTK, OpenGL, and 3js

• Switch between C++ and web technologies. Collaborate with senior developers, teams, including product management and UX designers, to ensure integration and performance

• Increase the performance of web applications and graphics to ensure smooth rendering

• Implement best practices for code quality and performance

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in software development, with a focus on web backend development and graphics

• Hands-on experience with technologies such as 3js, VTK, and OpenGL

• Proficiency in C++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Knowledge of backend development and graphics programming

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners with the capacity to adapt to new challenges and technologies
