Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a fatigue and damage tolerance structure stress engineer (m/f) to join the airframe department and work on Single Aisle (SA) & Long Range customer support activity (A318/A319/A320/A321 & A330/A340), with focus on in-service aircrafts and contribution to production topics.
Join the Engineering Fuselage Structure Customer Support team in Toulouse, a multi-skills and multi-program team (A350/A320/A330/A380/A400M) supporting in-service issues, serial aircraft production and cabin upgrade, while putting the technical competencies at the heart of our organization.

You will ensure the safe operability and structural integrity of the Airbus Single Aisle family (A318/A319/A320/A321) & long range family (A330/A340).

You will act as a “connector”: connecting our engineering, manufacturing, customer service, airworthiness, and any other team whenever and wherever our aircraft calls us! This position respects regular office hours from monday to friday.
What You’ll Be Doing
Keeping each aircraft flying: Solving technical requests (TRM) raised by our colleagues from engineering, repair or documentation departments.
Keeping in service SA fleet flying: Answering to occurrences by securing the fleet airworthiness of the SA aircrafts (ISO) and supporting SB/RFW1000/MISP
Keeping the link with production teams: By creating a close relationship with our plants with the goal to have clear status on QSR, and manufacturing issues in general (ManO).
Innovating for Tomorrow: By fostering Improvements & innovation within the team
Evolving: By Benefiting from our "Multi-Skill" policy, with cross-training between programs and disciplines to ensure your expertise never hits a ceiling. you will also have the opportunity to develop yourself to get appropriate signatures delegation.

Your profile
Your technical skills: You have a solid background in Airframe Stress (5-10 years of professional experience), specifically in Fatigue and Damage Tolerance (F&DT).
Your experience: SA/LR NFF/NCF metallic structure perimeter
Your soft-skills: You are agile, proactive, curious, and thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift.
Your Communication: You enjoy interacting with diverse stakeholders and can translate complex technical data into clear, actionable decisions.
Your Language: Very good communication level in both French & English (english is our sky’s language).
