What is the role? 

We are looking for an Entertainment Activity Host to provide a warm and welcoming front-of-house service to all visitors of our new indoor leisure entertainment venue! You will be providing excellent customer service and ensuring daily activities run smoothly and efficiently, resulting in an enjoyable experience for all.  

What will you be doing? 

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, assisting in the setup and delivery of all activities and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.  

You will process bookings and payments as well as take enquiries and handle customer feedback queries, or complaints with professionalism, escalating when necessary.  

Maintaining a clean and organised bar area (including stock supplies and cleaning equipment) you will prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, ensuring responsible alcohol service in accordance with licensing laws and company policy.   

Is this you? 

You are upbeat and enthusiastic with a friendly but professional manner. You have the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of demographics and are happy to get stuck in to all tasks, from maintaining a clean and presentable venue to assisting children in exciting activities.  

Essential Skills/Experience: 

• Experience in a similar role or a customer-facing environment  

• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills  

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment 

• Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
