Role Definition
Provides timely and accurate product cost of NPI and financial reporting as directed by management.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for NPI cost analysis and joining gate way review with product group

• Creating reports on financial performance and provide

ng insightful analysis for internal and external use, provide financial support and other support if need.
• Maintain, implement, and adhere to internal controls while ensuring that accounting procedures comply with GAAP.

• Upon request, take part in projects and ad hoc reporting requests.

Degree Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or above

a. Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

b. Completes current work according to assigned priorities.

c. Performs at least 2-3 concurrent activities without reducing productivity.

4. Problem Solving:

a. Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

b. Ability to understand business content, helps to analyze risks and benefits of alternative approaches and obtain decision on resolution.

5. Accounting:

Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.
6. Financial Analysis:

Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
7. Financial Reporting:

Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.
8. Effective Communications:

Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
 

Other:

• Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis and costing experience

• Good understanding and learning ability of business

• Good command of English and able to use it as a working language

• Skilled experience in using and analyzing Digital tools is a plus

• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in business is a plus
