The Audience Development Manager for AOL will be an important addition to a new team tasked with driving audience growth and increasing engagement across our platforms.

  • You have been an important contributor to driving growth and audience retention through SEO, email newsletters, social media, community and more

  • You are an innovator that is most comfortable when working with rapid iterations of experimentation 

  • You are at your best living in the numbers, measuring results and informing next steps in a strategy

  • You are creative and eager to experiment with new platforms and technologies

  • You are a competitor at heart and restless in your pursuit of winning formulas

  • You are a collaborator with experience working effectively within a team structure and with peers across content, marketing and product teams

  • You are an eager learner, always looking to learn new lessons and develop best practices

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in a digital media, marketing or audience role with a proven track record of success across multiple relevant projects

  • You are highly organized and observant able to communicate or present clearly within a team

  • You are able to multitask effectively and are always conscious of and respect deadlines

  • You are thrilled at the chance to play an important role in driving a beloved heritage brand forward to reach new heights

The compensation for this position ranges from $102,000.00 - $212,500.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives. Yahoo has a high degree of flexibility around employee location and hybrid working. In fact, our flexible-hybrid approach to work is one of the things our employees rave about. Most roles don’t require specific regular patterns of in-person office attendance.
