Current Challenge or Opportunity
The intern will support several active team initiatives. A key project is the Technology Reimbursement Fee initiative launched in Q1 2026, which charges vendors a fee to help cover the cost of the Field Service platform in Salesforce. The intern will help lead vendor outreach for collections, support payment troubleshooting, partner with Treasury on payment reporting, and track results for leadership review. The intern will also assist with Insurance Claims documentation outreach by contacting vendors to collect required documentation for natural disaster-related claims. Additional support may include vendor data cleanup, process improvement, and documentation.

Project Description:
The intern will support multiple vendor operations initiatives focused on improving vendor engagement, compliance support, financial recovery, and process efficiency. The primary project will be the Technology Reimbursement Fee initiative, launched in Q1 2026, which is designed to collect reimbursement fees from vendors to help cover the cost of the Field Service platform in Salesforce. The intern will help manage vendor outreach, payment follow-up, reporting, and issue resolution related to this initiative.
In addition, the intern will assist with Insurance Claims documentation outreach by coordinating with vendors to collect required documentation needed to process natural disaster-related insurance claims. The intern may also support other operational projects such as vendor data cleanup, process improvement efforts, and documentation updates.
Key Responsibilities / Activities:
• Conduct outreach to vendors regarding Technology Reimbursement Fee payments
• Follow up with vendors to collect outstanding payments and assist with payment-related issues
• Partner with the Treasury Department to run, review, and reconcile payment reports
• Track project progress and provide reporting updates to leadership and regional teams
• Support vendor outreach for Insurance Claims documentation collection
• Help organize, update, and maintain project documentation and process materials
• Assist with vendor data cleanup and other process improvement initiatives

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor outreach and cross-functional collaboration
• Comfortable speaking with vendors over the phone and handling professional outreach conversations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze information, track data, and prepare progress updates
• Ability to work independently and manage recurring follow-up tasks
• Comfortable handling administrative and operational support responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms preferred, but not required
• Professional level of English required
Important Note:
Internship duration: 3 months, 6 months, or up to a maximum of 1 year minus one day. (based on the team’s needs)
Stipend provided.
Flexible schedule to accommodate university commitments.
Hybrid work model: 4 days in the office and 1 day remote (negotiable depending on university schedule).
At the end of the project, the possibility of the intern continuing with the company will be evaluated.
