Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License (required)
• Resident and non-resident licenses in multiple states preferred
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet
• Professional phone presence
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• Ability to build rapport quickly and provide exceptional customer service

Preferred Experience

• Proven success in insurance, outside sales, or retail sales with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of life insurance products; experience with health, property & casualty, or commercial insurance is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Working knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (rotating schedule)

Compensation

• $20.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
• Competitive uncapped commissions
• Outstanding earning potential based on performance
