About the Role:

Remitly is seeking an accomplished, technical Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team based in Seattle. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategy for the next-generation Customer Success platform at Remitly. You will build an understanding for internal and external customer pain points, build a strategy to address them and unlock new value for customers and Remitly. You will guide both Product and Technology investment decisions, partnering closely with engineers, designers, analytics, operations and other platform product managers.

You Will:

  • Develop and articulate a clear platform/product vision while aligning with the overall company strategy.
  • Drive end-to-end product planning, roadmapping, prioritization and execution collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Be a customer advocate; use customer feedback, data analysis and market research to develop and deliver compelling product features.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team, encouraging idea generation and problem-solving.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
  • Utilize market insights to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of proven technical product management experience in B2B or B2C companies.
  • Strong track record of envisioning, delivering, scaling platforms, ecosystems and tools.
  • Experience setting and implementing product strategy, road-mapping, and prioritization.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the fintech or financial services industry
  • Fraud and Compliance domain expertise

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $152,000-$190,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
