This Position reports to:
IS Service OwnerWe are looking for a proactive and analytical Acceleration & Modernization Analyst Intern to support reporting, process improvement, and automation initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in data analysis, operational excellence, and digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities
Support team reporting activities and preparation of community insights and metrics
Assist in the coordination and execution of team events and operational activities
Support the identification and implementation of process improvements
Develop, maintain, and enhance process automations using Microsoft Power Platform solutions
Create reports, dashboards, and analyses using Excel and Power BI
Collaborate with stakeholders to support acceleration and modernization initiatives
Requirements
Active student status in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps
Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, C#, Java, or similar)
Interest in automation, process optimization, and digital transformation
Good English communication skills
