Experience Services Receptionist- JLL

What this job involves:

As an Experience Services Receptionist at JLL, you'll be the driving force behind exceptional client and visitor experiences, delivering welcoming, professional, and personable assistance to all who enter our clients' workplaces. This front-facing position offers the perfect opportunity to leverage your service expertise, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and dedication to fostering a hospitality-centered workplace culture. You'll serve as a central point of contact for the campus, partnering with facility services and management teams to maintain safe, comfortable environments while proactively coordinating meetings, events, and daily operations.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations in a way that makes everyone feel warmly welcomed and assisted in a helpful and timely manner

• Engage visitors, employees, and callers with professionalism and warmth, serving as a central point of contact and providing information and wayfinding for the campus, services, and activities

• Actively monitor and maintain the front desk, lobby, and surroundings to ensure an environment that is safe, clean, organized, and reflects brand standards

• Execute the badging process for employees, visitors, and third-party providers while managing check-in procedures in accordance with security protocols

• Partner with facility services and management teams to create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security concerns through appropriate channels and systems

• Proactively coordinate meetings, events, and daily operations while connecting with support teams to anticipate needs, identify issues, and deliver creative solutions

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of previous customer service, security, or hospitality-related experience

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English required for professional spoken and written communication

• Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities while maintaining consistent and elevated guest experiences

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

• Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as carrying small packages

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for creating exceptional experiences for others

• Demonstrated confidence, professionalism, and responsiveness in customer service situations

• Experience identifying potential risks and escalating appropriately to prevent security incidents or operational disruptions

Schedule: M-F

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

55,000.00 – 60,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
