Job Description:

The Masterfile Specialist is responsible for Creating, Editing and uploading master data for Amazon and Walmart. They would ensure the quality of data and work through upload issues and submit related cases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Semi-independent work on tasks
• Work on projects in the field of management on Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBuy
• Working on internal software (Amaczar, Predict, Amplify, Salsify )
• Compilation and preparation of Excel documents that contain all the necessary information about the products.
• Uploading files to sales points on the Internet in order to put the product on the market.
• Doing an initial check of policy violations before uploading products to the marketplace.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any  related field
• 6-12 Months years of experience in the same or similar jobs.
• Knowledge of the English language 
• Basic knowledge of Amazon and Walmart, Target, eBuy management
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Usage of AI tools would be an added advantage.

• This role is for US time zone
