Job Summary
Accepts payment and updates new insurance information or all accounts. Submits financial data to the business office on a daily basis. Maintains balancing, and ensure accuracies, of all cash logs on a daily basis. Prepares and ensures daily bank deposit. Maintains inventories and sales of employee activity tickets and other purchases. Responsible for patient valuables and lost and found as per established procedures.

Job Requirements

a. Minimum Education Requirement:

High School or equivalent preferred. Some college or technical school preferred. Basic computer skills for data entry are required.
 

b. Minimum Experience Requirement:
Excellent customer service skills required. Previous cashiering/accounting experience preferred. Previous financial counseling experience, business office experience or admission/registration experience preferred, but not required. Work requires exceptional interpersonal skills to interview and obtain information from a patient and interact with other Hospital personnel and
 

c. Minimum License Requirement:
None

Will include some Registration duties.

Pay Range:

$21.00 - $31.50
