Capital Markets 팀 - 물류 섹터 담당 (차장급 이상)

[담당업무]
•    Originate and execute significant commercial real estate capital markets transactions including investment sales and equity raises
•    Maintain client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and control a robust pipeline of transactions
•    Proactive coverage of major AMCs, Securities Firms, intl investors 
•    Provide expert market insights, capital structure advice, and investment strategies to clients
•    Direct and oversee complex financial analyses, underwriting, and due diligence processes
•    Negotiations, end-to-end Execution and Closing of live Engagements
•    Mentor and develop junior team members while managing transaction execution teams
•    Collaborate with cross-functional across service lines to deliver integrated solutions
•    Drive innovation in service delivery and transaction execution

[자격요건]
•    운용사, 증권사 경력 우대
•    Business Proficiency 수준의 영어 능력 필수
•    Excel, Word, Power point 등 MS Office 역량 필수
•    관련 업종 경력 최소 5년 이상 보유자 (자문사, 회계법인, 운용사, 증권사, 건설사 등) 
•    국내외 학사 학위 이상 취득자
