THE WORK: Join us in a dynamic environment where you will be an SME in Services Management, collaborate and manage the team to perform, responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute on key decisions. Manage delivery and quality of technology services across a contract or program
Ensure contracts or programs meet operational, contractual, and economic commitments
Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party partners to optimize performance
 

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Expert proficiency in Services Management
Advanced proficiency in Service Quality Management
A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
