PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)
Marketing Technology Management:
- Work with Marketing & Contact Center departments on the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of marketing technology platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics tools, and content management systems (CMS).
Process Optimization:
- Develop and document scalable marketing processes to improve efficiency and campaign delivery across the team.
- Standardize workflows, streamline cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the marketing and contact center teams operates at peak efficiency.
Campaign Execution Support:
- Collaborate with teams to support the timely execution of campaigns, ensuring all tools and systems are in place for successful launch.
- Assist in setting up, managing, and troubleshooting campaign workflows, such as lead scoring, nurturing, and tracking.
Data Management & Analysis:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data across platforms, including CRM and analytics tools.
- Work with the data analytics team to track the customer journey, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology management, or a related role.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to drive marketing insights and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- A strong eye for detail and accuracy with a good concept of the overall bigger scope
- Adaptable in a matrix organization with a fast-paced environment, shows drive, initiative, and creativity.
