As our Sales Support Manager, you will be key in keeping our sales orders running smoothly and scaling our operations for high growth. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Operations, you will lead a global team of Sales Support Admins to ensure accurate, timely order processing, and minimize errors and returns. You'll collaborate with commercial, legal, and finance teams, conduct data audits for month-end closing, and support the front-line sales staff. You will also improve our CRM, and test new features for efficiency and data integrity.
If you have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of B2B sales operations in the SaaS industry, we would love to hear from you!
