We fuse strategy and creativity to shape physical retail experiences that connect athletes* to the future of sport. This role reports to a Senior Creative Director and partners closely with Production, Retail Brand, Brand, Visual Merchandising, and external agencies to deliver unified, premium marketplace executions.
Nike is searching for a visionary design leader to elevate Nike Direct Seasonal Retail across North America. You bring deep experience across environmental design disciplines—from materials and fixture systems to environmental graphic design and digital integration—and can translate complex creative thinking into clear, actionable direction for both internal designers and external design agencies. You ideate creative concepts, illustrate your ideas, and enjoy being hands-on with your team.
You stay ahead of cultural, design, and consumer trends, applying that insight to create innovative product storytelling across Nike Direct executions. You thrive in ambiguity, navigate multiple campaigns simultaneously, and know how to influence outcomes at every stage of the creative process. Most importantly, you bring a bold point of view, a collaborative spirit, and an entrepreneurial drive to lead the marketplace into a new era of design excellence and impact.
You bring:
