Understand key customers’ long-term business goals, associated pain points and identify suitable new sales, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Lead sales and renewal processes, including discovery, communications, value demonstration, proposal delivery, negotiations, and close.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and prospective and gains insights into the overall business and business needs.
Serve as single face to the client, facilitating support from other internal resources as needed.
Provide feedback to internal teams to inform business strategies.
Conduct comprehensive account reviews with key customers.
Build expertise around all products sold and conduct demonstrations to clients.
Provide forecasting and accurately predict sales revenue.
Work within CRM to document sales opportunities and pipeline.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree with coursework in business, marketing, sales or related field; or equivalent experience.
2 years of successful sales experience in a business environment comparable to Bloomberg Industry Group
Knowledge of assigned market (e.g. law firms, tax & accounting, corporations) preferred.
Must have the ability to travel to & within assigned territory.
