You're a strategic thinker with a talent for identifying and closing high-impact deals. You thrive on uncovering new business opportunities, especially within large health systems, and have a knack for understanding client needs to create meaningful solutions. With a consultative approach, you’re skilled in navigating complex sales cycles and excel at building relationships that position you as a trusted advisor. You're adept at managing deals in the $350k - $1M ARR range, always aiming to exceed assigned quotas and contribute directly to company growth.
Driven, self-motivated, and creative in your approach, you’re passionate about winning and take pride in playing a pivotal role in expanding our business. You bring persistence, exceptional consultative skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for making an impact—qualities that make you a perfect fit to partner with our VP of Sales in scaling Loyal.

Pay Transparency
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of on target earnings (OTE) inclusive of base salary and on-target earned commissions is $150,000-$500,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
