You're a strategic thinker with a talent for identifying and closing high-impact deals. You thrive on uncovering new business opportunities, especially within large health systems, and have a knack for understanding client needs to create meaningful solutions. With a consultative approach, you’re skilled in navigating complex sales cycles and excel at building relationships that position you as a trusted advisor. You're adept at managing deals in the $350k - $1M ARR range, always aiming to exceed assigned quotas and contribute directly to company growth.

We are preferably looking for candidates located in or have significant contacts in the Midwest region (Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, or Kansas)

You will:

  • Secure new business deals with an average Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $350k-$1M, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Initiate and nurture connections for Loyal by targeting and engaging senior executives and decision-makers through outbound efforts, establishing strong, enduring partnerships.
  • Position yourself as a knowledgeable resource on current healthcare industry trends, guiding prospects with insights that add value and foster trust.
  • Take ownership of the sales journey from initial demo to contract close, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for prospects.
  • Design and deliver compelling, customized demos and presentations that address client needs and highlight Loyal’s unique value.
  • Prepare targeted sales collateral, including proposals, personalized business cases, financial projections, memos, and rollout strategies.
  • Oversee contract discussions and legal review with input and support from the Sales leadership, ensuring favorable terms.
  • Keep an organized, up-to-date pipeline, providing reliable forecasts and clear visibility into progress for leadership.
  • Diligently document accounts, contacts, opportunities, and sales activities within our CRM and sales engagement tools for seamless team alignment.
  • Act as a resource and mentor to other sales colleagues, contributing to the growth and development of the broader team.
  • Represent Loyal at conferences and prospect meetings, both virtually and in person, to expand the company’s presence and connect with key industry players.

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, specifically within the SaaS and digital health sectors, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex sales processes, managing pipelines, and closing six-to-seven-figure contracts, with extensive experience presenting to senior executives and the C-suite.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce CRM and other sales engagement tools, leveraging technology to maintain accurate records and optimize sales workflows.
  • Demonstrated success in startup or ambiguous settings, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced or evolving environments.

  • Customer driven sales mentality driven by a consultative sales approach. Preferred sales trainings and methodologies: The Challenger Sale, Sandler Sales Training and/or MEDDIC.
  • Systematic: You prioritize. You put first things first and are methodical in executing an ever-changing to-do list. Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process. 

Pay Transparency

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of on target earnings (OTE) inclusive of base salary and on-target earned commissions is $150,000-$500,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
