L'ufficio Risorse Umane della di Montecchio Maggiore (VI) offre ad una persona laureanda/laureata in materie umanistiche/economiche un percorso di stage della durata di 6 mesi, a supporto delle attività nel plant di Montecchio Maggiore (oltre 850 dipendenti).
Brief Description:
Grazie ad un continuo training interno, la figura imparerà a gestire le seguenti attività a supporto dell’Ufficio Risorse Umane:
Affiancamento nella selezione del personale
Affiancamento nell'analisi dei fabbisogni e pianificazione della formazione
Organizzazione corsi, gestione della documentazione e database
Supporto alla gestione dei processi Risorse Umane di un'azienda strutturata
Supporto all’organizzazione di eventi aziendali e di employer branding
Reportistica
Requisiti:
Il/La candidato/a ideale ha una buona attitudine alle relazioni, fortemente motivato/a ad intraprendere una carriera nel settore HR e possiede le seguenti caratteristiche:
Laurea triennale o magistrale in ambito umanistico o economico o master ambito HR
Personalità empatica, positiva, curiosa, dinamica e determinata
Forte predisposizione al lavoro in team
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata
Mentalità aperta, positiva, amante della diversità culturale
Si richiede:
Disponibilità full time per un totale 6 mesi
Disponibilità a muoversi con mezzo proprio per raggiungere la sede (no bus/treno)
Inglese fluente parlato e scritto
