Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with transition projects. This role involves developing and implementing risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and preparing contingency plans to mitigate potential risks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of risk management principles, and the ability to communicate effectively with key partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Risk Identification and Assessment:

  • Conduct detailed risk assessments for transition projects.

  • Identify potential risks that could impact project timelines, budgets, and outcomes.

  • Evaluate the severity and potential impact of identified risks.

Risk Mitigation and Management:

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls.

  • Create and maintain contingency plans to address potential risks.

  • Monitor and adjust risk management strategies as needed.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management.

  • Liaise with internal and external auditors during policy and compliance audits.

Training and Communication:

  • Provide risk management training to project teams.

  • Communicate risk management strategies and updates to partners.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk management.

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree

OR

Master’s degree and 4 to 6 years of Project Management or Risk Management experience

OR

Bachelor’s degree and 6 to 8 years of Project Management or Risk Management experience

OR

Diploma and 10 to 12 years of Project Management or Risk Management experience

Must Have Skills:

  • Professional certification in risk management (e.g., PRM, CRM)

  • Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).

  • Experience in leading transformation initiatives.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience in multi-site project models and client communication.

  • Preferred experience in corporate business integration.

Soft Skills:

Must Have Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.

  • Familiarity with risk management software and tools.

  • Demonstrated experience in risk management, particularly in transition projects.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
